White Pine trail is a difficult trail with an improved and natural surface. Look for the marking of a White Diamond to keep you on the trail. If you begin your hike at Pine Hills Campground you will come to a fork in the trail about half a mile in. Heading north will take you to Allen’s Flat, a total of 2½ miles. Heading east will take you to Hutchins Creek, a total of 2 miles.
Be aware of hunters during hunting season. Poisonous snakes and poison ivy can be found along the trail and should be avoided.
